    Hey guys,

I've been struggling a lot with anxiety recently, and quite a few relapses. I know how important it is for me to quit porn for good. And every time I say "never again" it almost feels too overwhelming and an insurmountable task.

It's the same with setting any big goal, if you focus on the big goal then all the little action steps leading up to it are either missed or inefficient.

So I've decided to adjust my mindset. I am going to commit to No PMO just for the next 30 days. Now that is not to say I am going to permit myself to relapse on Day 31, but I am just focusing purely on this 30 day period as my "big goal". And set daily goals of improving my life and keeping my anxiety/stress under control.

I'm not going to count the days, but I know when Day 30 will be (14th May), and on that day I will give myself a reward and then commit to another 30 days. Eventually it'll get to a point where it is no longer necessary.

Hopefully this new approach will help me move forward. I will keep you all updated.

Nice Post Shogun, this question might help you to overcome your addiction: What are the things, which leads for you to relapse? Is it maybe IG, Youtube, Reddit or some adult websites? And if you've found the things, which triggers the urge, there is a following question for you: What can you as a person do, that those sites/apps do not interfere in your life? If it's IG, then delete the app, or even delete/deactivate your account. If it's an adult website, block it. Even if YouTube triggers you, then put on safe mode. There are a lot of things you can do. See, mostly the urges rise up because you accidentally see a nude in IG for an example. If you put a barrier between you and the trigger website, the chance of relapsing will decrease. And the more barrier you put, the higher the chance of not relapsing, guaranteed! Just don't blame or pressurize yourself! You too can overcome this addiction! :)

I think you know my post about SR right? https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?t...ort-of-semen-retention-after-365-days.329255/
