building myself

i am student . i was n nice kid but then when my new laptop arrived in my life i started exploring things . being a 12-13 year old child i didn't noticed that i was getting addicted to porn and masturbation. was i was born i was very strong ,stared walking very early and had my teeth in just some month . i was full of energy and light . i use to invent things when i was just 10. i am very good at studies , i have a scientific mind and for a surprise i am a very good dancer and in martial art but i started masturbating as i started watching porn in class 8th. i think and know that if after doing masturbation and getting addicted to porn i can do this sort of things then if i will and i know i will overcame this addiction then i can be a billionaire and would change the world to a better place .
i don't know why i watch porn . i don't like it , even when i am watching porn sometimes i feel like sleeping . i don't like porn , even i never watch a clip whole n always changes just after 1 or 2 min .
i wanna do a lot of things and help to build this world . i know for that i have to first build my self .
i noticed that this addiction had caused some serious problems ,like-
1 i dont experience mind fullness . my concentration power had decreased .
2 studies are effected
3 my body is not in good shape
4 i am messing with all my relationships .

in short these addiction are causing some major problems , to my mind and body .
in past i tried to stop but after some time period the problem came after me ,eating my self esteem.
but i feel like this is the peak time of my life , i can build my self here now . for that i have to quit this addiction .
my god help me n you
to fight this new drug .

 

i would try to indulge myself in other productive works .
