Bulking and NoFap

    Hey guys,

    I am 21 y/o and I recently found this forum and think it's great. I have tried NoFap a few times, my longest streak was 14 days i think, so now i aim for more, i don't have a specific number of days in my mind, but i want to be able to control my urge. So i started again i am on day 5 now and I have a few questions.

    I have already had 2 wet dreams, one last night and one the night before. I searched for reason and one was eating too much in the evening and i think that's it. I eat a lot, because i am bulking, i want to gain weight.

    Now my question is: Did anybody deal with this before? Do the wet dreams get less after more days or is it likely to stay in the same frequency? I'm not gonna stop eating because i feel really good with the gains i already made and i want more :D But it is a bit annoying if i jizz my pants every night...

    And another more general question: is it normal that it seems harder for me to concentrate? I' ve read that the mind gets clearer with nofap, but i am just horny all the time now and i try not to think about it but i get nervous sometimes and can't study that well... Does this get better after more days?

  2. Good day. For the concentration part I had the same problem, but after multiple attempts, relapses and so on I managed to overcome it. Finally I controlled my emotions. I may break my score of no PMO of course, but I don't have all these thoughts anymore and they just don't pop into my head anymore. Just try to give yourself a break from sexual acts for a period of time and try to avoid any exposure to sexual content (porn, instagram, TV). Wet dreams are natural and your body may adapt at some point by recycling the sperm that isn't used. Just don't sleep on your stomach and please don't overeat at night, give your body a break, I was bulking up too but not at night. Focus eating a full energy breakfast and lunch and any kind of healthy snack during the day but avoid eating at night, just drink a glass of milk to relax you before you sleep. And of course bulk up on protein, healthy carbohydrates and healthy fats;)

    I had the same problem of wet dream . When i am on bulking. In my case I had a problem in with my digestion system. I took some medicine and after that My digestion system improved And wet dreams are not anymore.

  4. I'm not sure whether bulking is related to wet dreams, but I find that I am extra horny on days where I do intense full body / leg workouts. Your body will adapt to the change in your activity levels after a few days.

    About the concentration, it's true. The first 3 weeks (for me), it's very hard to concentrate, I'm are always horny. Hell, I always have fantasies when I'm studying.

    About wet dreams, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with bulking up. A theory is that wet dreams occurs to get rid of old sperm that didn't get resorbed (normally sperm nutriments are resorbed) or when you are sexually aroused during your sleep. Sleeping with tight clothes like sport pants are a often a cause too.

    It really varies from man to man. Some men never have wet dreams, some men have them every 2-3 weeks (like me) some more often. I have a friend that told me he gets them every week, sometimes twice a week (poor guy, lot of laudry I guess LOL)

    Of course I'm talking when you don't M. Because when you do, It's very hard to have wet dreams. Lots of sperm did already got out so there is no meaning to the body to let out some more.

    Sorry guys, I thought this thread got deleted, but i think i posted it in the wrong section, so somebody moved it.

    Thanks for your sound advice, i will try to eat more during the day and nothing after 8pm. Unfortunately i got triggered yesterday and i relapsed. But i will keep going, this time i will avoid any sexual content too, like @MotivationWarrior said. Thanks again!

    Hello. I'm a personal trainer and I could answer this for you. When you work your legs you are releasing large amounts of gh (growth hormone) as well as testosterone.
