Burst of Cravings

So i often go weeks without PMO and instead of flatlining i feel as if i just randomly get a burst of cravings one day that i frequently fall too. I'm doing a 90 day challenge and today was one of those burst days. I didn't fall but gosh, it was hard as heck!!! Guys what are your advice to not fall during those cravings, cause honestly it's so hard! I am committed to this though and will do everything in my power to not fall!!!
