Again on the subject of cam girls bc alot are affected by this, not just porn Anymore. I think another one of my triggers with this was thinking that the girl broadcasting cared for me more then the other 10 thousand guys in her room. You start to hear the model saying your name over anyone else it seems in your mind, and you get a false security that she really wants you in her room. So I have actually been a for a few days and had to go back bc I felt like the model was missing me when actual reality this could be farthur from the truth. they only care about you when your there throwing your hard earned cash at them, once you go offline, they don't give a shit if your dead or not. I know that sounds harsh but it is very true, best to treat these sites just like porn, bc basically they are, and stay the hell away.

Sorry black, but the one time I disagree with you. That's like saying can't hate a woman being a porn star or escort or stripper to pay the bills, it's a choice, there's plenty of other ways to make a living, still my bud though

I've been addicted to cam sites for many years. Those girls I've been watching were mainly Russians and I know a lot about life there, plus I've been watching many of those models on their personal social accounts (not those you get for tipping where they post nudity). At the beginning, after I heard some stories from those girls, I kind of felt sorry for them. I was like yeah she isn't actually slut, she decided to do that because she had no other option and blablabla. It took me many years to fully realise how stupid I was. There was very little of truth in their stories. They are very well trained and know how to get you emotionally attached to them and take a full advantage of it. What they say is always lie. There is always choice, those girls usually don't have education, but there are planty of jobs for them. Thing is that on cam sites they can easily earn at least twice as much as in regular job, usually even more. And money is all those girls want. They know well what they are doing, they know well that it has negative impact on users on cam sites but trust me they don't care even slightly. They don't mind destroying lives of suckers who got addicted for various reasones to those shows as long as it will pay well for them. Camming is the worst kind of porn. Girls who decide to work on cam sites are absolutely disgusting, no matter how nice, cute, innocent and sexy they will look for you at first glance. I am so happy I managed to escape from this. Also never get in contact with them on social media, looking back I know it was the worst thing I've done. It provided me with that fake feeling of connection with those girls, which is especially dangerous if you are lonely guy. They create all those social media, write with you, send you photos all this to make you feel attached to them. And if you are lonely and connection is what you are missing in your life it can easily blind you, and they will play with you like with puppet.

So glad you realized what cam girls really are and got the hell away from that shit, congrats and an amazing victory for you my friend. I also was on a camming site for years and got attached to some, i deleted my account 2 weeks ago and have never looked back and have no intentions on returning.

Not sure where to jump in on the thread. Very early into my first reboot. I told myself I should go in and tell the cam girl that owns me goodbye I’m leaving but I really want another session so I’m holding out. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t work tonight so I’m hoping I’m safe tonight.

ss mike she really could care less if you say goodbye to her or not, i promise you, there is another sucker already in your place , she doesn't care or care to know anyone there, even her long time supporters, Her only concern is your money, so donot return to say goodbye my friend and enjoy the freedom, she won't even notice your gone as the tokens roll in from still hooked suckers.

So I masturbated to Netflix. Stopped after 10 minutes and didn’t O. I’m going to consider this a relapse and also a restart. I’ll change my counter later. However I’ll take a small victory as in the past I definitely would have edged for hours to real hardcore fetish porn. Not where I was planning on being but it’s better than before. The next goal is to go longer and if I m to do it without any visuals at all.

You can do it, yes if you just looked and left real quick might call it a reset, but since you went through the act maybe a relapse. But stay strong and you can do it

  15. This is true. Most people(esp. feminists) get the one perspective of objectification (men sexually objectifing woman in this realm) but the otherway around is the same thing really.

Porn is just a hellhole where humans get seen as objects. And this relates to everybody who's involved

  16. That is so real. I fall/fell for that all the timeout it is a lie.
    yup. exactly true.
easier said than done. just starting my crusade to avoid them. easy to get hooked
I got drawn in from being so lonely in the pandemic. I have been sucked in. Caught. Lost
You just described my brain pathways EVERY night for the past 5 months!!
They empty wallets and bank accounts. Total manipulation of lonely people.
AGREE!!!! It is such manipulation. I have dropped so many $$$ for this, and every night I fall asleep feeling like shit.
    HOW?? How did you??
THIS. This is EXACTLY what is happening to me now and, while I know it is fake, I cough up $$$ for the illusion of a connection.

How did I managed to escape ? First of all, it's a long process, and it all depends on how long you have been addicted to this. In my case it was over 5 years which is VERY long time. I can't say that I am completely done with this. After leaving cb I never created new account again, I never spent a single cent etc., but I still struggle with thoughts about those girls in my head. It's impossible to escape from what you have been doing in last 5 years or so in week or even month. I my case it will be 1,5 month since I left that site and 1 month since I joined Nofap. As I said process of escaping from this can be really long. Shortly after I left cb I've been dealing with thoughts about those girls basically 24/7, now after 1 month since I joined this site I still struggle with this, but it's definatelly better than before, I would say like 1/3 better compare to when I left (yeah it's slow I already said that). So according to that it will really take at least those recommended 90 days for me to escape from this completely.

My problem was that during those 5 years I've been in quite close contact with maybe 50 cam models on social media, there literally wasn't a single day without some of them texting me, sending me photos and asking me to visit their rooms. Of course this was all manipulation, and you are just costumer for those girls, for most of them you mean absolutely nothing even tho they will write you every day exact opposite. And they will write exactly the same thing to all other "good costumers"... Anyway, after I deleted my account on that cam site I struggled a lot. I had no cb account anymore but I had still instagram twitter whatspp and other social media full of those cam girls. The best decission which I made so far was cutting off all those contacts. I deleted all those social media accounts, deleted every single photo and video those girls ever send me there, blocked their numbers... I just made sure there is no way those girls can contact me ever again. And that was the best decission I've ever made. Sure, it's whole much more complicated. If you are used to spend on those sites several hours every day as I was, you need to find something else, some hobby for example. It's like, realisation of your addiction is first step, leaving porn is second step, and third step which is necessary is realising why you developed this addiction and working on those things and that's specific for every single person. Even tho there are some problems which are very common among people here like loneliness, depression, social anxiety etc.

Since you mention so-called feminists, I do not hear anything from them about it. Yet they are the first people to criticize old-fashioned beauty contests for instance. But when huge money is at stake (as with camgirl business), it does not seem to bother them anymore...;) A few months ago, I was shocked- was still a newcomer into the camming world - to see that there was a 2-week 'hottest camgirl' contest -including sub-contests 'hottest boobs' 'hottest smile' etc...on the platform. Ranking was of course refreshed and homepaged, and was accessible to any viewer (i mean not only members) who clicked to get there. Means anyone could see those rankings without needing to pay for it. Made me think kind of animal exhibitions (cats..). I know of course that humiliating porn videos can be found easily as well, to anybody who pretends he is 18+. This is something so-called feminists never speak about...and to me is a sign of collusion. I would not be surprised that porn companies lobby the most influent feminists to keep them at bay. Interesting to read what you guys think about it.

There are many forms of feminism. Even tho it might sound strange I met cam models who claimned to be "feminists". Feminism often means different things in USA or western Europe and in Romania or Russia where are those cam girls usually from. Those russian cam girls that I met who claimed to be feminists meant by that purely financial independence on men which this job allowed them (in countries like Russia difference in wages between men and women are biggger, especially for those girls who usually have non or low education, when they work as cam models they can easily earn more than for example man who works as doctor in hospital, just by stripping on that site few hours a day) , they didn't cared at all that they are objectified purely based on their appearance etc. Yes interesting view on feminism but what can you expect from cam model right ?

And hate really isn't solution. In the same way that we cam site visitors are getting addicted to that pornography, due to our natural sexual behaviour and the fact that they know exactly how to take advantage of it, those cam girls are getting addicted to earning easy money this way. There is no winner in porn. Impact on visitor is definatelly easier to see since you are directly losing your money, but it destroys those girls as well, they maybe earn a lot of money, but usually after some time they are mentally completely done, their familes and friends leave them, they have problem finding normal job after being in porn industry, they are struggling with depressions, anxiety and all kinds of menthal health problems, really high percentage of those models I spoke with had some experience with suicide attempt, eating disorders, drug addictions etc.
Point is, porn is harmaful for everyone, so just stay away from it and be happy.
