Can’t seem to stop relapsing

    For some reason I was doing good then relapsed one day now I’m back in the pit I feel how I used to now I’m confused as I felt straight for many days now I’m back to feeling gay again. I have only relapsed to straight porn and gifs but I believe I have triggered my previous thinking patterns again which. Please give me some advice, has anyone else experienced this?

    Sounds like OCD.
    You have to let it pass, if your get thoughts like that just accept it and move on with your day. There just thoughs in your head. If you fight them try to suppress then they will come back again and again.
