    What are you interested in? Find something engaging and life giving to pour your heart and energy into. A hobby, a book, learn an exciting skill.

    Get off social media like Instagram, Snapchat and so on. If you really want to avoid many triggers: stop YouTube. If not, at least be very careful on YouTube.

    Also exactly define for yourself what is a Peek and catch yourself when you do it. Because if you don't define it, you can always say "thats not a peek", "that's an accident" and so on. All excuses...
