so i just relapsed...i suddenly got so horny and couldn't control myself however,one of my friends(he is in a non-sexual relationship)told me that he stopped fapping 2 month ago....he told me that being in a relation ship with a pretty polite girl and a virgin mentally drives his mind away from porn..he thinks what would she do if she knows that he is a fapper,,, although he maybe still fapping i dont know lol....by your experience fapstronuts is this some how true?

Tbh, the only thing stopping us is ourselves.

The urges are still there and it's more common to hear from people who get into relationship problems because of PMO with sex or not.

As for your friend, it's his mentality that's helping him.

• Fapping is bad for the relationship.
• I gotta stop.
• If she discovers things will get bad.
• I'm capable of stopping because of her.
• etc...

Anyone who believes he's capable and has a strong motivation will stop.
