Can actually be no MO worse than MO?

I've noticed that after more than 7 months of noPMP I've lost interest to any sexual activity (including pmo) and I was stuck in flatline. So I've tried to M (of course without P and without thinking of anything) and I've got only like 50% hard but it was still enough to O. A day after I had a morning wood and I felt horny through the whole day.
So do you think that MO after atleast half a year without PMO let's say every two weeks could actually help to reboot and rewire?
I think complete sexual inactivity can cause reduction of testosterone and lost of interest in sex, is that true?
Please share your experiences and thoughts, I'm really curious.

If you get so far as to lose interest in sex, then I guess the problem is over... Unless you have a wife, in which case we probably wouldn't be discussing "complete sexual inactivity". No one said sex is really necessary to live anyway.

My best streak was 100 days, and any no-fantasy MO laissez-faire at that point would very quickly have pushed me on a downward slope back into PMO. So I completely reject masturbation as a habit. But that's just me. If somebody out there can actually restrict himself to no-fantasy masturbation once in a while, just to "unclog the pipes", then good for him. But this then reduces masturbation to a mere physiological activity, which - in biological terms - isn't even necessary.

Feeling no sexual activity is not necessarily a bad thing. You can go about doing what you need to do; infact you could focus more on your goals. The problem might be not getting aroused by your wife or gf.

I haven't even reach a longer streak or similar streak like you but I've been losing interest in sex.
I've actually had a sex today.

    I believe it's a bad thing.
I join nofap because I want to experience a healthy sex someday.

For me it's the p that's seems to be the issue. Have had great arousal with my wife without p and also with just mo. Finding that sometimes mo is a good thing. That is just me. I have had some urges to search for p but resisted. I feel really good about myself. Clear head and focused. Mo is only a problem if it drives you back to p. Again my opinion.

I got no wife or gf and it's even harder for me to find one because I'm afraid of not getting hard, It is a vicious circle and when I consider that I have basically zero experiences with dating sometimes I fall in to a depressions that I'll be forever alone.
Yeah, same as money...you don't need em but you actually do and life sucks when you're broke.

Well, you do need money to buy food, but not necessarily mansions and supercars. Also, you need other people of opposite gender to be intimate with, but not necessarily fuck them all the time.

Well, I'm probably that supercar type of guy. :D
No, seriously I've been watching other people having sex all the years in porn and I think it's time also for me. If all this no PMO thing is not about sex than what? If you don't care having sex than you can continue PMO all your life...

This "no PMO thing" is about what the banner of this website says: getting a new grip on life. This does not necessarily mean getting a slutty sexual lifestyle.

You want a woman in your life? Then go search for one. If you feel unable to, then - after 7 months of abstinence - you can safely assume that PMO is not an issue anymore (or it never had been in the first place), and it is now time you actually did something with your life after recovery. But if you only want a sex machine, then you might as well call a hooker.

My life is OK guys, I have a full time job, I work out, I have a normal social life and also working on other projects (starting my own business). The only and last thing for now in my case is to fucus on my sex life. I am not going to make excuses and convince myself that I can live without sex...
And yest P addiction wasn't a big deal for me, It wasn't so hard to quit P for me, my problem is ED and inability to find gf. I've became addicted because of it, not vice versa..

Then perhaps your ED problem has nothing / not much to do with PMO, and you should look for solutions elsewhere? It's not like every human problem stems out from wanking to strangers having sex in front of the camera.

My ED is caused by P since I had no problem getting hard looking at P but not with girl.
But I did MO yesterday and it was better than last time, I've got a decent boner, I would say like 90% and today at the morning I had a morning wood so I guess it's getting better though.

But you said you only got into an actual addiction after discovering your ED, so perhaps your low performance in bed is related to some deeper/different issues?

No that is probably misunderstand...I've been pmoing since like 12 or 13 yo util I discovered that I can't get hard in bed, so I've started my hard mode journey and did 216 days on a first try without relapse. Of course I had P crawings but not too strong and I was fully aware of fact that if I watch P my ED will never be healed.
If your addiction is not so strong it doesn't necessarily mean that your brain is not damaged by P.

Yeah, but it also doesn't necessarily mean that it is - and so I'm just suggesting that you should consider all possibilities. But, for me, there is no reason to PMO at all, regardless of whether you have sex in real life or not.

I personally had also started wanking regularly at a similar age as yours, but had no problem in bed whatsover after finding my first partner at the age of 19. So I just want you to remember that the PMO=ED relation isn't that obvious. Your problem may be related to some other, perhaps psychological issues, like subconscious stress, or so.

Well it might be but I remember I couldn't get hard by only M without P and thinking of P and now I can.

Yeah, that I have also experienced after giving up porn. But I guess having an actual intercourse with a woman is a bit of a different experience. But still, I'm no expert, and only guessing here.

Guys I think you're getting confused here. I talk candidly with guys of all ages that have had PMO addiction and some that never have. When we've been addicted to PMO what we call an urge for sex is a raging withdraw symptom and we start to think that's a normal urge. Wrong!! Natural sexual urges will seem like nothing to an addict or former addict. There is likely a sharp loss of libido for the flatline period but after, then your experiencing a much more normal sex drive.
@mirob why would you expect to get full hard with no girl around and no nasty fantasies in your head? You've left your fantasy world, don't ever go back! After you wanked, you woke up the next morning "ready to go" because you fired up your dopamine levels again. Trust that Mr. Happy will be there when you need it and enjoy not being tortured by withdraw or playing with fire that could send you on a relapse binge.
