Can I cure pied by doing normal mode?

How to make sure that our problem is PIED? ?? Means how to sort out / rule out other options

 

Monk mode is the best and fastest way to cure PIED!

 

If you can get hard on porn, but can't get hard by your hand ( without sexual thoughts) or by kissing a girl and touching her body, you probably have PIED.

 

I have till now went up to 25 days but with normal mode ie no porn only mode.

And with full no pmo mode 10 days only and then once I start pmoing it goes on for next fews days i keep on failing

And for getting 10 days also am using external control mechnism like ( my weakness cue is mobile in weak times night and morning)

So if I keep my mobile away then I was successful for 10 days and once I had my mobile i stated again

I am thinking of keeping mobile away again for one month.
But doubt crepts in mind what will happen after 1/2 months will i fail back again? ?
