    So I’m doing NoFap and I’m abstaining from porn and masturbation. Now I know nofap is about making your own rules in a sense but if we’re talking technically, am I allowed to RECEIVE a hand job from someone?

    The main point is no PMO. Dont overthink it. The main goal is to get back to a healthy sex life. Maybe just dont do it too soon. Personally I am dating atm but I will hold back on sex until I feel like it wont damage my reboot.
