    Hi, I am new here. But straight up, can i have sex with my long term girlfriend while being on NoFap? I have quite a healthy relationship with my girlfriend and I do not have PIED. The reason why I am on NoFap is because I masturbate on a daily basis and I have come across the benefits of stop masturbating from my friends, hence giving it a try now. But also, I don't want to stop having sex with my girlfriend because she might think something fishy is going on..

    Yes! You can have sex on NoFap, it's called soft mode reboot.

    I am doing this with my wife.

    Just stay away from PMO!

    @AlonsoIce , you can do your reboot "hard mode" (no sex at all) or "soft mode" (just avoiding watching P and doing MO, but having sex with real persons.
    just make sure you do not cheat while you are having sex with her, meaning that you think about P to get aroused.
    If this is the case, you should stop until this dissapears.
    Does she know about your reboot?
