Can I masturbate only looking to normal dress non - porn pictures? Like normal girls I consider beautiful? Is it as harmful as porn?
    Thx

You might want to think about ceasing to masturbate entirely. With or without porn, you're still seeing women as things, not persons. You're not really gaining anything, but just exchanging one form of addiction for another.

I think it depends on why you're doing it, but I suspect that the answer is that masturbating to pictures of clothed women is just as harmful as masturbating to pictures of naked women. If you're using clothed pictures to meet the same needs that porn was filling for you, you've just transferred the addiction over to another medium, rather than trying to cut it off at the source.

If you don't know, then look up the Chaser Effect.

It's a slippery slope my friend, don't give in. Abstain entirely and give your self the healing it needs. You'll thank yourself afterwards.

Masturbating is masturbating, whether its to mental images, clothed images, or anything else, not only the stimuli used to arouse, but the mechanical act of 'self-pleasuring' as well.

    Think about the consequences:
    How will you feel afterward?

All I can tell you is last time I gave nofap a go I went no PM for almost 200 days. This time around I am no P only (due to major problems with PE) and it’s harder to stay focused, I enjoy the ride less, and time moves more slowly. For me, the M is only making this harder.

    Best of wishes to you

Of course you can do it.
What’s about no fapping at all? Any addiction?
You are looking for true happiness. NO PMO might be the real thing for you. ;)

  9. Its the same
    Take alcoholic for consideration
He says "Does not drinking Vodka but drinking a coctail with little alcohol inside will not be harmful for my recovery?"
Does it make sense now? :)

This is exactly how your addicted brain tricks you into rationalizing PMO. At first, you'll start out with regular photographs like you said. Want to guess what happens in a few months? Your brain will rationalize exchanging those clothed photos for some softcore nude photos. "Well, I guess the nude ones aren't that much worse! Definitely not as bad as hardcore porn!"

A while after that, your brain will be rationalizing more extreme photos, which will eventually lead to videos. Like any other addiction, it's a slippery slope. Ever wonder why a lot of heroin addicts end up overdosing? It's because when you have any addictive habit, the brain requires the dosage/intensity to be perpetually boosted in order to achieve the same high/excitement that you got the first time you ever indulged.

There are times when your brain can be your best friend; conversely, there are also times when your brain can be your worst enemy. What you are experiencing right now is the latter.
