    I am at Day 16 and had an erotic dream yesterday night. I felt it could have led to a wet dream easily. Since Semen is lost in a wet dream so I fear that all the hardwork of PMO will go in vain. Has anyone successfully prevented Wet dreams to happen ?

    If you're doing hard mode, you'll have wet dreams from time to time. But that's completely okay. Don't focus too much on the "superpowers" semen retention will give you, but more on the rewiring of your brain and to starve the porn pathways to death.

    Yeah it's much better to have a wet dream than to relapse by your own doing. But if you really can't stand the idea of cumming in your sleep, then talk to the guys in the semen retention section.
