Can i still have sex with my girlfriend during nofap?

    Hi everyone,

    New user here. Just started my NoFap journey and i am 2 days in without fapping. I have a girlfriend of over a year who i love. There have often been problems around my PIED and premature ejaculation over our relationship. Sometimes we have sex and sometimes we can't because of my issues.

    Anyway i was wondering if having sex with her was still okay during my NoFap journey? I know that sometimes i wont be able to help it but i was just curious to know if the benefits would still apply to me if i was having sex and reaching O every time.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Treat your journey as an experiment. Try to make it to 7 days no PMO and see how you feel.

    It's different for every person. Some just successfully quit p while having a sex life. Great! Others find the sex life triggering to the addiction and relapse. Many people find that it takes longer to detox while having a sex life. Just try it, see what happens.

    hey there, having same doubt. im in a 1year lasting relationship and till few days ago still involved in watching cams, porn and m. in the last month i totally quit m and pratically p too. ofc the fact that im forced 24h bc of covid w my gf is helping but still would have the chance to m in few moments. but i didnt. probably having sex is helping, i wonder would ive had a relapse in m if i didnt have sex? cant know the answer but im happy till now ive been away from pm. so instead of wondering if is good or no, just try to see if keeping a healthy sexual life its gonna help u quit pm. i guess thats the point, quit our addiction and see sex like a complement of our relationship life, not just looking at girls like an object for our porn fantasies.
