Can just masturbation cause ED?

    I haven't watched porn in over month now but I still fap regularly. I noticed it still doesn't get very hard.

  3. Overuse can cause erection issues, so yes M would be included in that. Most guys simply ejaculate too often and never really recharge. The right number varies with your age and health, but see what happens if you only M once every 7-14 days (or not at all).

    Yes, because your penis/brain connection gets used to and eventually prefers the hand-grip stimulation, which isn't the same as a vaginal sensation. Hence, you lose it. M is probably worse or equal to P for erectile dysfunction, for those so affected.
     
  5. It depends. If you masturbate properly with a loose grip, lube, not too quickly and not too frequently - then no. If you beat it raw, tightly, quickly and frequently - then yes. This is what I've noticed from personal experience. It's probably better to just do straight up nofap, but I'm still yet to see if it actually works (I've never been past day 14). Masturbating properly without porn cured my ED and death-grip within 2 weeks or less.
