Drains you of tons of energy. Distorts your body shape. Interferes with your ability to really work out at the gym. My workouts have definitely improved since quitting. I go more often and I try to do more when at the gym.

You can always stop. Everyone here has stopped. There are relapsed but if one man can do it, you can do it too.

Stop listening to "they." They don't know shit. Many of us here have anxiety and depression. We use PMO because it gives us an boost in serotonin. What I have found is that when I don't PMO my depression and anxiety go away by themselves.
Just stop all PMO get a gym membership (use it) and you will be fine.

This is some strange diagnosis. Most of the people with long term addictions (any kind, be it behavioral or substance abuse) suffer from some kind of unresolved trauma causing them to be depressed, anxious or both (myself included). When you're clinically depressed your dopamine and serotonin baseline levels are too low. When you're anxious cortisol and adrenalin levels are too high. Orgasm rises your dopamine levels, released oxytocin calms your anxiety. It's a natural drug. You're not hypersexual because of it. You're just self medicating your depression and anxiety. You probably need to address your depression and anxiety diagnosis at the same time as PMO addiction. I had to do exactly that. I couldn't stop compulsive binge MO and PMOing no matter how hard I tried until I learned how to control my depression and anxiety.
It's very simple to explain the cycle. Dopamine deficiency/too much cortisol causes depression/anxiety -> binge MO elevates dopamine, oxytocin and vasopressin (function as mood/motivation enhancers and multifunctional analgesics) levels -> this helps you lift depression/anxiety symptoms in short term -> when effects of having O fade away you MO/PMO (repeat the cycle) again and again and again... until you develop compulsive addictive hehavior (deep learned behavior - behaviour on autopilot if you will).
When you want to stop your compulsive addictive bahaviour you try to abstain from it. Once you do that you become dopamine deficient again (depression) and stress builds up in the absence of oxytocin and vasopressin. When depression gets too bad/anxiety too great, you relapse. That's why it's essential to adress depression and anxiety together with abstention. Just abstention won't work because stress will build up and you'll break eventually.
You’re just full of excuses aren’t you? There is just no light at the end of the tunnel. PMO is only way for you to cope with the trechors of life.

But it takes working out , eating right, sleeping right and cold showers. You gotta put in the work to fight and want to change. You have to end your loser mindset. You don’t want to change.
To be honest I don’t really care if you make it out of this or not. Nofap works for me so I’m good bro. There are some really bright members on this forum who have great insight on this subject and you’re just shooting down their advice.
You are on this website for a reason. Quit trying to justify your addiction and start living your life again man. You have no idea what the long term effects on your brain PMO will have. This is the Tabacco of our generation.

Yeah well I’m doing good and it’s been rough for me sorry some people in here don’t understand my issues they just think it’s so easy to quit when they have never lived a day in my shoes been through the shit I’ve been through
Nobody on this forum has ever said it was easy to quit. Please find me where somebody said that, so I can tell them to get real.
Everybody on this forum has had to deal with adversity in their lives, hence why they have a PMO addiction. In fact @Fenix Rising mentions this earlier on this post.
I can’t walk in your shoes and find out what you have been through. But I can tell you that you can do really hard things and that you can overcome anything!
