Can porn be useful for controlling ourselves sexually ?

    Sometimes after a week of abstinence, i switch on to those dirty nudes to see if i get affected. I convince myself, what interest do you find in this addiction?
    Sometimes it works, sometimes, it is negative to me.
    Best way is to completely stay away from porn. Do not think diamond cuts diamond works here...
    I won't ever from my side, think or act or switch on to porn. Never...

    I don't know if porn can be good for that. I think that a regular sex life is much better. Also, if you are not on a relationship or simply dating, you should try to focus on other stuff, like exercising, music, books. Maybe if you read articles written by sex experts (with experts I mean Psychologists and doctors) you can find some important data about it.

    I have suffered from that.As Hotshot said you are only playing with fire and you will eventually going to get burned.
    Imagine it like this , cocaine addict in a rehab , does he get to see coke in front of himself in order to get cured in the rehab?Your answer should be the answer to your topic.
