These sexual fantasies can probably hinder your recovery, they would continuously fuel your urges/disturb your sexual energy/twist your view on sex and women.

In fact, by observing your thought and breathing, by being aware of your surroundings and body, you can stop those fantasies before they are out of control.

Unfortunately, sexual fantasies will never stop appearing, as human nature.

Thus, purifying your mind will contribute to the cultivation of finding your inner peace, and within time, you will be slowly free from those fantasies.

Your thought affect your life, and ultimately, your destiny.

Fetish is just a word. If it tempts you to PMO or leads you to impure thoughts or other unwanted behaviour, it's something to be addressed and stopped. I have a fetish but even if it didn't I'd probably just have a PMO for something else. I want the fetish to change, but my animal urge for sexual gratification in the wrong places is the real problem that leads me to PMO.

For me, it could possibly be a fetish.
When I crave it, I often fantasise about being subservient to a woman. I imagine it being tied to my inability to sexually please a woman with my small penis. One definition that my therapist shared for defining fetishes (she specialised in panty fetishes) was that it's a fetish if the fetishist is unable to achieve orgasm without it. If you need to fantasise about eating pussy every time you masturbate in order to orgasm, then it might be a fetish. Or, if you are like me, and it's tied into other fetishes, then it might also be of concern.
