Hi all, i started 5 days ago whit PMO and things goes well ... Today i was scrolling my instagram homepage and i have seen a pic (it was a video frame) whit a link and a description where the user who posted that pic said that he was searching for that video link. That make me curious and in comments below other users wrote him the video link. I was 80% sure that it was porn but i clicked on it anyway. I watched maybe 3 seconds of explicit image whitout masturbate or touching me. It can be considered a relapse? Sorry for my English

  2. Probably not, cuz it was accedentally. But you should really consider remove all social media for a while. It's a trap. People often uploads softcore porn or semi-sensored porn overthere.

You're in the internet, there's porn everywhere. I work as a web search evaluator so i spend 10 hours a day in front of a computer and sometimes some sites that i need to evaluate have porn content but it's my job and i'm looking for a new one, nothing i can do about it right now. But here's my tip: avoid those strange links because sometimes you will click on it hoping that it's porn.
