First of all, hpv is spread through sex of any type (oral, anal or vaginal) which means that at least one of sexual organs have to be included for a person to get or give another person this disease. So the chances of you transmitting your hpv (if you have it) to your brother is zero as no genitals were included in the process which you described so do not worry about it anymore.

Why would you or anyone want to have any cancer at all as it can escalate to longterm diseases and situations where you lay on your bed sick and tired not able to do anything useful. It's not just about life or death it's about that even little cancer dramatically reduces the quality of life that one experiences so stop talking like that.
