Dear all,
Im not new here..i am parttime Nofapper(still now).My longest streak was of 1 month..and smallest half hour..I have less friends...i am shy to talk with girls and others also..But i really like them. From Inside,i want gf..but i couldnot do it..In my free time i always think to go xvids to watch porn..i lost everything my self respect,my smartness,(still people think im intelligent)..i want to stop pmo..but i couldnot..pls help...i have many issues with my life...i want to share with u all..pls help if u can...

If you want to stop, try practicing something a few times a day, or even just once when you're feeling tempted. Tell yourself "I'm not going to give in today" or "I will do better than I did yesterday". A good woman will come to you if you take the time to make yourself good for a woman.

Also, this section of the forum is for members age 20-24 to start and keep track of their reboot progress via journaling. You can start yours here, at day 1 or wherever you are at in your progress.
 
Yes literally train your mind to take control of the thoughts. Tell yourself NO as a discipline- understand that you can have some level of self control. Just do what you can to practice trying these kinds of approaches- it’s a starting point.

Now u can see, how lazy am i?After 2 years,i am writing this.In last two years, i have seen up-downs.Greatest streak was 2 months(i think).I am very much intersted in storylines of porn.My last streak ended on last week.after leaving pmo, i again tried to watch porn for knowing erection of penise is there or not?but eventually it ends with relapse.
Today i have completed day 1.Had urges for watching pornstar's interview.but instead of that watch nofap motivation videos.after resolving bugs, i felt good and i got erection during talk with my best friend.lets see what future held for me?

Use this method. It works 100%.

Whenever you have strong urges, tell your seeking dopamine brain that greater pleasure is better than pleasure. What's better than pleasure? Greater pleasure. A strong urge comes? Think about how big your libido will be in 3 months. Just that, when an urge comes, you only have to think about how big your sexual energy was when you discovered porn. Wouldn't you want to experience such pleasure again? Then wait 3 months and then decide wether to release the sexual energy and enjoy maximum pleasure.
The thing is that when the 3 months come, you'll most likely have forgotten about porn altogether or even if you relapse, your 3 months progress are not gone so repeat all of that for 3 months again until eventually porn is out of your mind.
