    I started NoFap 4 months ago i was relapsing so fast but i got getter until i stopped for a whole month and now because we r in quarantine i can't go over than 3 days without relapsing. Any suggestions cuz its really hard in quarntine.

    i know it is hard i also relapsed . i made 22 days streek on qurantine. i would sugest you to read think and grow rich and do push up . it worked for me and stay busy whole day
