    Hi!
I'm new but not really new here. I've gone worse since the last time I was here, my condition escalated in a serious pace so much that I had to be treated in the hospital, now I'm in medication and feel side of the effects of pills too.
Right now, I feel like If I don't stop this addiction it will literally end up sucking my every drop of my life, it's just getting too bad.
Anyway, here I am, I PMO again today and feel like horrible again, it's like 11 pm and can't sleep at all. I will be watching a movie and just hope the next hours it will become better.

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.

You made the habit and you can break the habit. You don’t feel strong enough? You can’t imagine how strong you really are.
Maybe you want to make some commitment (like a 14-days, 30-days or 90-days NO PMO streak) - not to the community but to yourself.
I recommend to install a counter and a personal journal.
    Good luck!
