I can definitely relate to you, I've lost my partner, and I'm confused all day long too, however, I have a very good solution to your problem, now my head and life direction had never been more clearer to me.

One problem is that when I offer people genuine solutions, people don't really like my idea, of me going around to share this genuine good book that had proven to be used to help people escape from the PMO loop easily, perhaps they are not as desperate as they seem.

Thus, I will not share that book unless you want it and ask for it.

But I will give you a piece of advice nonetheless, find a quiet place to sit down, and think through things, use all the clarity and brain juice that's left in you, to seriously think through this question: "Since when did porn do me any good? And how many times had the use of porn disappoint me and makes my life infinitely worse?", I promise that the impact will be bigger than you expect.
