Can't stop to be aroused

    Hi everyone. As you can see I've started recently this journey of NoFap and no porn.
    In the last few weeks I've really felt a lot more aroused than usual.

    Sometimes ago I rejected a couple of girls I found not compatible with me. But now I'd love to just have sex with them. Just physical. I really feel this compulsive need.
    I think it's pretty normal, but I think that my masturbation helped me not to see those women as objects.
    What do you think=

    I also just started this journey and I'm going through something similar. I'm only doing no P for now but it's been a lot harder for me to O without it so I've been more interested than ever in random hook-ups which are just naturally not as easy to come by than PMO so I'm aroused without relief more often.

    I'm not sure if I get the "seeing women as objects" thing because personally for me I feel like that's how porn made me see them. So maybe that's more of a carry-over that hopefully will go away as you get further away from it.
