Causes of wet dreams and solutions

The major causes of wet dream after 13 years of nofap are the following:

1) Emotional stress: you will be stressed emotionally and energetically when you are practicing nofap (semen retention) because not many people will be comfortable around your energy especially women and some men.

solution1: create a thought to change your energy field when you are around people, like let your dominate thought be about you wanting to attain a goal (earning a particular amount of money, graduating, buying your dream house, creating massive amount of wealth, etc), you get the logic , meaning set a goal which has nothing to do with sex. Your sexual related goal should be at the bottom of your priority in life.
Your dominate non sexual goals should occupy your mind all day long such that you don't have the space to think about sex.

solution2: in case your are emotionally stressed, engage your self in some physical activity to release the stress, my favorite stress releasing activities are cycling (doing some uber eat delivery to release the stress whilst making some money at the same time), the other favorite stress releasing activity is gym.

2) Going to bed right after eating
solution: avoid going to bed immediately after eating

3)Eating a lot of beef
solution but not a medical advice: if you have a similar experience of having wet dreams after eating beef, then replace the beef with chicken or fish.

4) wearing tight under wear: if your mind is not cleared of lust and your are emotionally stressed, wearing tight underwear whilst asleep can cause wet dream.
