    I stop getting on cause I was embarrassed to admit I caved after my I was with my 7 day challenge. Here I am not I finally got myself to stop starting back at 1. I just lost control and sick of it dude. I don’t know why this has such a hold on me and I can’t seem to freaking break it. Felt like I was progressing within those 7 days and boom just like that I cracked. Now it’s 4am and sex is the only thing on my mind had to get up and walk around just to fight the urge. Fuck man this shit really a war and I keep loosing. Gotta end this shit

    Don’t be embarrassed it’s better to admit when you give in your only human after all sometimes the urges are hard to resist but don’t be discouraged from admitting when you give in just start over and try again it’s happend to me plenty of times and others alike remember your reasons for doing this as long as you try and don’t quit you are worth the effort this is not an easy thing to do it’s a challenge a struggle you need to be confident in yourself and most importantly love yourself we are all trying to quit here this is a good place to get the right support when quitting good luck you can do this
