I alwayes get flashbacks and I thought this is something just related to me. Glad to.see that is a normal side effect of the withdrawl.
I am getting irretated and angry easly. I snapped on my friend earlier today, even though I was entitled to my action and has the all right to do so but I lost control of myself and environment. pleas of you had such experience share it with me.
 
Day 11-
Didn't get so many urges .
But I am suffering from loss of appetite and feeling of vomiting throughout the day
And I blame masturbation for this.

20 days here!, hope you're doing great as well guys. Very strong urges and strong erections, last night I almost relapsed but the temptation didn't catch me...
Anxiety is always there but I noticed that it can be managed better than the first days.
 
Today is last day of my 15th day streak.
Hope this day will end like other 14 days passed.
Feeling so confident
I have time to think about other issues.

I am ready for this day and next streak of 15 days

I was feeling bored today but I am having confidence about most of the things in life.

My thoughts are changing gradually towards girls.

In short
I am living life
 
It is 9.34pm here
So this day is gonna end soon.

What I want from myself is more than just Nofap

From tomorrow
Everyday will be accounted as Nofap +productive day

Only one is not sufficient

I want to post whether my day was productive or not.

This may help in building my habit of making everyday productive

My streak has been ended. :(
Because nightfall Occured on 38th morning

A relapse it's not a complete failure!, I'm on day 4 or something like that and I'm already flatlinening....
 
Last 5 days has been worst for me
I fapped 4 times

After doing a good Nofap streak
I fell down into the trap again
I wanna complete the streak of 15 days again.
Today is Day 1-
I know I can because Urges are not tempting now
I am pushing myself to do it because I lost my discipline.

But I will complete this streak at any cost.
