Yes, it was my second time. Before this challenge I usually woke up at 06:00 but now I have learned to wake up earlier.
Resetting on this one due to emergency, actually did both meditations but had to take care of business. 1/30.
A new round with this challenge. Rules: alarm at 6am latest. If I happen wake up after 5am, I will get up. After that, I will spend 15-30 minutes for studying or writing.
0/30, new routine outline, in sequence: (not including obvious things like eat) Hydrate w/glutamine Mantra/walk Stretch Shower Mirror meditation Was going to have less things but I know it's not about the number but the order, this order makes sense and once I am used to it I know it'll help me with everything else
