3/30 It can be a regular thing, I've been doing that for a long time. I may get up an hour earlier if I need to go somewhere (without alarm) or later if I'm injured or a bit under the weather, (but never full blown sick) but it's all without an alarm. Just have to go to bed early enough, take care of both ends and it works.
That's right. It's really a question of whether you can make your bedtimes early enough. And that's also a function of how you're working during the day.
