0 - will have to readjust my routine to take care of things, need to head out earlier. Definitely still on time for wake up time and sleep time though but not sticking with the 5 tasks I outlined due to life situation.
Back in serious business. Same rules as before. Goal is 30 days.
this is a little easier than no screen challenge I guess.
How the hell did I forget to check in yesterday?
yesterday was 14.
and I procrastinated to come out of bed today.... although my bedroom door is always open and footlight always on I still think it's dangerous to stay in bed even for 5 min.
So, 14 remains 14.
0 messed up again... so reset of counter.
Up at 5:30, not feeling tired.
