Challenge Thread: Don't Jiggle July 2016 (PMO Free)

I'm all in, hard mode for 180 days.

Count me in. This is gonna be hard but I must do this. I have been working on this for the last 3 months and I know not watching porn won't be that hard anymore. What will be difficult is to not masturbate.

I am in. HARD MODE ALL THE WAY BABY! This month will take up the middle section of my 90 day reboot.
My goal is to simply not participate in any sexual activity with myself or another for this month and the remainder of this reboot. Being productive and lowering my anxiety while doing it will be an excellent bonus.
Doing this, like many others on here, to rid this poison and all its harmful effects from my life, allowing me to focus on what is really important to me and to others.

I'm in for July! Normal Mode - No PMO, hopefully sex with my wife a few times this month.

My goals are to reach 90 days later this month, and then continue on. Why? I was accelerating towards rock bottom for the sex life among other things in my marriage, with NoFap, i've discovered new habits and am really enjoying being a new man. Never want to go back!

Going for 90 days of hard mode, I'm already on day 15. I will try to clear my mind spend more time with family and friends and add some hobbies. I really want to quit 'cause once I have rebooted for 46 days and it was awesome I really felt the different and the changes that happened in my life. I'm ready for a FREE JULY!

I decided to join into this group. First of all, I will not allow myself to do PMO as long as I can. I want to abstain from PMO because I suffer from several symptoms that it brings to me(e.g.insomnia). I am pretty sure that M will bring nothing but only destruction and depression to human beings. My goal is becoming a sociable person again and going back to real life instead of spending time in the online delusion. I want myself become a healthy person.
