    Im in for a 90 days reeboot with no P and no M. But ill start with this month, if it goes well ill change it to 90 days. Goal is to stop my awful addiction and thats why im doing this

    My greatest fear on a NoFab journey is the weekends; that's when I am usually at home all day, alone, and bored.
    With nothing better to do, the temptation is 7x what it normally is. All my failed attempts ended on a weekend.

    Try out some hobby. Something which you love to do. Get yourself occupied. I am trying high intensity exercises which makes me so tired I will usually sleep when I am on bed. Best of luck !!

    Hi, I'm in. Currently on Day 8.
    I have to redeem myself from my relapse-June.

    One thing: MEDITATION. One hour a day is great.

    And next (like @imfree131 wrote): Try to distract yourself / get occupied.
    Workout, running, or just go out for a walk, at least stay away of anything, which leads to relapse.

    I'm going to start the day with a coffee and a book. It works to set you the right path from the beginning my friend. Forget the Screen and stick to a print book. Something motivational would be even better. Right now I'm reading The Art of Thinking Clearly by Rolf Dobelli https://www.amazon.co.uk/Art-Thinking-Clearly-Better-Decisions/dp/1444759566

    I'm on day six I started June 30th but then saw this and decided to join. Been having some anxiety but managing. I'm being strict on myself, I notice if you let yourself have the slightest bit of slippage like I want to look at something that is provocative but tell myself "this isn't technically porn, it's fine", it's all downhill from there. How are people doing thus far?

    I'm on day 5 now. Also just joined reddit to be a part of this. I want to try the 90 day porn and masturbation free. I'm married, so I'm still going to have sex with my wife. All I want is to get rid of all the porn, masturbation and frustration it brings me.

    Started today. Definitely no P or M whatsoever, and no O except in the highly unlikely case that in the next 25 days I meet someone new, start dating, and establish a meaningful enough bond that I would be comfortable having sex.

    Even making it from now to end of month would be a personal record since hitting puberty... so that's a good enough goal for now!

    Amazingly, I haven't had the urge to masturbate for a week, despite watching more than the usual amount of porn. Hopefully that's a sign that this will be less difficult than previous attempts! After lurking for a while, this is also my first post, so I feel more serious.

    I want to use the time I save from not PMOing (or feeling bad about PMOing) to do meaningful stuff. Some volunteering, some studying to prepare for when I start classes again. Stuff I can be proud of and tell people about.

    I wish everyone the strength to meet their goals!

    Hey! I'm a bit late, but tomorrow is my birthday and I'd like it to be a more special day by making it the beginning of my longest streak (50 days is my record). I'm here for the whole month but want to commit for an entire year. I want to start meditating on a daily basis (the longest I've gone is a week), running every morning (until I start Judo again in September) and also convert all my Uni notes and exercises to fancy PDF files.

    I'm very ambitious but I'll achieve it this time, knowing I have your support :)
