    I want to make it until the end of July, breaking the chain between P, M, and O.
    One day at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time... and then some.

    Day 11 and it's going alright, urges are a bit stronger and I catch myself fantasizing more. I guess that will have to be my focus, catching myself when I fantasize and redirecting my thoughts/energy.

    I'm in for a no-PM for July, running for a 90 day streak. Just recently became a Fapstronaut... This is long overdue for me. Not in any critical condition, but P and M are haunting me since early teenagehood ... Now I am 41 and it's time to try the "what if" scenario of getting rid of this addition....

  10. 1 year on from discovering nofap and my biggest streak is 2 weeks. This is it now, the start of my 90 day streak. I'm in for this challenge

    Hey All its day 12 into this challenge. I have been doing great. I joined an online debate group this month and I have been constantly thinking of rebuttals for my position. Because I am spending so much time thinking about how I'm going to respond to my adversaries, I am spending less time fantasizing. I actually dream of arguing my points instead of dreaming about fantasies. I also spend time at night reading a book that helps me come up with better strategies in debating instead of spending time indulging mindlessly in fantasies at night. The future looks hopeful, Im in the "dead zone" and I am completely happy I dont have to fight bodily urges to MO. Occasionally a lustful thought comes to my mind, but the lower half of my body doesn't react so I just "shoo" the thought away like an annoying fly. I feel very confident that I will make the rest of this challenge to 30 days which I have not done in years. So my advice to others is to not let yourself have an idle mind, instead occupy it with something that inspires you or challenges you to be a better person. Let me know what you All have been doing this month that has been helping you.

  13. How is everyone doing? Hoping you are all doing well! If you are tempted, just remember that 5 seconds of pleasure isn't worth returning the lifestyle that brought you to the NoFap platform.

  14. I'm in. Things have been rough. I've relapsed a few things this month. This time, I've got a concrete plan urges. Count me in! I promise to last for the rest of this month and longer.

    @Strivefwd Wow that sounds great! What a good idea. I bet the competitive nature of it helps to keep you on your toes. I'm glad you found something that works well for you.

    I've been working on this exercise regiment, trying to get in shape, mostly strengthening my core. I gotta say it's still been difficult it's day 13 for me and only just now have urges begun to hit me hard. Best of luck!

    I'm still in. I been good keeping porn away from me for a while but m is another thing. I'm at 9 days now and so far it's the longest I have ever lasted.

    All things considered, this remind me quitting smoking. Actually it's the same. Life is good for an hour and then you get this big urge. The urge only last long if you focus on it. The moment you change your mind, you are fine again. Then an hour later there is the other urge. After 3 days you realize those urges only happen ever 2 hours and after a week they happen twice a day. The moment you relapse, you are back at square one with urges all the time and you'll deal with regrets on top of that. So it all comes down to one big question: how masochist are we? I know I'm not so I'm gonna stick to the plan. In a few weeks from now I will be laughing at this whole thing.

    This is my "from me to me" motivational speech lol

    We've completed about half of this challenge !

    It's awesome, that you're working out.

    Also quite similar, first week I had the usual chaser, second week was ok (almost like flatline).
    Now the third week is difficult. Urges hit really hard, especially after waking up and in the evening.

    I'm currently on day 19, and had a "massive fight" this morning with the full program (thoughts, urges, ...), so I tried to stay away the whole morning from my pc & smartphone.
    For now I'm stable and happy that I didn't relapse.
    Also this third week is where I really started to feel better. Much more confidence & clearer skin.

    I really liked this whole paragraph. Totally nails it.
    Also it's an interesting viewpoint on losing progress after relapsing, it depends on what you're looking:
    You're back on square one on the urges scale and you'll win another struggle with the chaser :p.
    But you gained knowledge about yourself, so you know what to do differently next time.
    Also you keep everything you've accomplished during your streak, so the relapse can't take away that at least.

    You're right, you aren't back to square one each time. What I meant is you make this whole process last a lot longer than it could. Relapse every second day and that will still be better than fapping daily but you'll be working on this nofap thing for a lot longer. Sometimes thats what it takes thought. I couldn't stop in one go. I had to reduce gradually a little at the time for a few month before.

    @wake_up Oh yeah that's so weird, for me it happens in the morning and evenings too. Sometimes I'll just wake up thinking about it, it's odd. Just for the past few days though, I'm on day 17 by the way.

    @Arnak Yeah as long as you stick with it and are observant, you can gain more insight and self control. It only makes sense that self-mastery comes from a deep understanding of one's self.
