    Hello Fapstronauts,

    I am Pratik (21 years old) from India, I am an addict to porn and masturbation. I've been masturbating for 8-9 years and I've tried harder to not do these things, I somehow manage to get through for a month but then history repeats itself. I recently saw a video by "Improvement Pills" on Youtube about this community, him asking to take 90 days challenge to see the improvement in self. I gave it a thought and currently, it's been more than 2 weeks and I understand change takes time. So ya, I'll be in touch with the community from now on.
