Changes to lifestyle that help prevent future relapses

I'm not specifically talking aboyt the regular things you should be adjusting and changing like exercise or a better diet

what i'm looking for are changes in patterns and structure that aided recovery.

i have this funny habit of jumping right here after a relapse and it works for a day and sometimes two days, but i can't seem to get myself on track.
