    I'm not specifically talking aboyt the regular things you should be adjusting and changing like exercise or a better diet

    what i'm looking for are changes in patterns and structure that aided recovery.

    i have this funny habit of jumping right here after a relapse and it works for a day and sometimes two days, but i can't seem to get myself on track.

    some stuff i was reading specifically talked about changes in 'lifestyle'. So i come to you, nofap, to elaborate a bit on what these lifestyle changes are exactly

    Look up a Youtube channel called “Universal Man.” He addresses a lot of lifestyle changes, and elaborates a lot farther than just quitting PMO. Have a look:)
