Changing diet or use supplements to lower libido and helping the brain to heal.

    Hello Guys,

    I am just like you, who wants to quit PMO and is disgusted by that, or doesn’t want to be controlles by that.

    So I read that after an orgasm, the brain itself releases hormones that are libido killers, and thats right usually after an orgasm the penis becomea limp.

    So I don’t want to advice to use hormones.
    That can be dangerous. But supplements that are allowed or diet change can help.

    Right now I am searching for answers.

    So why won’t we search together?

    Any ideas?

    Do one thing mate get a blood test done if you have any deficiency focus on getting those vits only that too from veggies. Other than that just a basic balanced diet and patience will help fix those things.

    You are right, it is way easier to fix problems that way, if you can see what is missing in the body.

    I did a blood test, to less vitamin D.

    Working on that. Now I bought Kava and Bockshornklee.

    Both to lessen the libido.

    You are wrong at some point. The aim of nofap is not about reducing your libido. We are trying to make our potency turn into something countable.

    You are right. But the fight against PMO is easier when your libido is lower. The urges are weaker. That is my personal goal.

    To win the fight also through weakening the enemy.

    And it happens after an orgasm. And it works great.

    So i tried out to find out, which hormons, why, how to make them naturnally higher, what are the risk, can it help, and honestly,

    It is not easy to understand what happens in the brain.

    Hey friend,

    In my experience, you should stay away from junk food, sugar food and that stuff. Just like with P, we eat this stuff beyond satiation. We reach for it as a comfortfood and it's addicting. If you start with avoiding that, the body will be helped a lot.

    I have tried all kinds of diets and momentarily I eat vegan. I also ate a paleo diet and a only meat diet. I can see I feel more lighter and less tired with vegan. But this may differ for other people. As long as you feel good.

    About your other theory. I feel libido and P addiction don't have such a strong correlation. I've been limp for hours , uninterested in all women and still couldnt stop searching more extreme P. Its about dopamine. On the other hand Ive been with a woman, fully erect, but lost interest and was even depressed while still erect and she forced me somewhat.

    You dont want prolactine to increase in your body. It actually is like a hand brake to dopamine and I believe It binds to dopamine receptors. In my case I get depressed after nomal MO and a lot of times after sexual intercourse. SO I dont think you're looking for mimicking the effects of post ejaculation at all.

    Nonetheless its a very good idea to think outside the box. Diet and a healthy lifestyle will definitely support the reboot.

    Eat less meat as possible is also helping me. But you are right, even if I am limp, i searched porn, for no reasons. And if someone touches me. Bang a boner.

    I will keep thinking. Thank you.

    A good Omega 3/6/9 supplements, zinc and magnesium is also ready beneficial.
    In your diet you should go for clean foods and try to cut processed foods, wholesome foods go a long way, greens and veggies are your friends, seeds, nuts and dried fruits also have healthy fats that your body requires, peanuts are great.
    White meats are also a good choice, personally i go for turkey meat, ready high on protein and has minimum fat.
    Has for antioxidants buy frozen blueberries those go great with a bow of oaths.

    your post is interesting, i suppose it may be the way for some people, it depends on your reasons for doing noFap.

    for example for people that got into fetishes they do not like but are addicted and just want to quit because of it, in theory this would be ideal for them(just thinking about it it would help with social anxiety to).

    however if your doing noFap because your drained and depressed this would not be the way to go in theory.

    Well actually I can do many things about what you wrote. For example omega 3, I take that and it helps me. But why omega 6 and 9? Can you explain that to me?

    The reason why I do NoFap is because my conscience forbids it and I feel bad as hell after relapsing. I want to feel clean, high moral as a human beeing.

    Omega 3 and 6 are not produced by the body, that is, they are considered essential, while the omega 9 is supplied by the body, characterized as non-essential.
    That really depends on what kind of omega supplement you buy, some of them have all 3 some of them have 2 and some of them are just 1, go for the 3/6 if your able.

    i think taking the pills to lower libido will cause similar effects to PMO such as feeling tired or drained which would not be good for depression. however if talking these pills increase your chances to stop watching porn you will get all the benefits from not watching porn, such as feeling clean and confident.

    Ok, I will watch that and try it out. Cause Sine poeple wrote, that addiction to Porn and Libido are to different things.

    That even if your libido is low, you still watch porn, and so on. I took once high dose of vitamin D and was happier even without libido.

    Many people wrote that they are on day 100 and have no libido, or don’t want sex and are worried. But it sounds to me pretty logical. If you avoid every sexual thought, do cold showers, you are only as horny as your mind.

    And when there are no sexual thoughts it is way easier not to watch porn.

    Daily exercise, daily meditation and a healthy diet is better than any pills :)
