changing smart phone is a must ?

    I have a smart phone which allows me to acess internet .. and simetimes causes me to relapse
    if I didn't replace it that mean that I wouldn't ever success with my recovery ? Any of those who succeeded was having a smart phone and he didn't need to replace it ?

    Hm... maybe you can turn the data access and wi-fi off (you can) and then have somebody to lock it down for you so that you cannot change it.

    But I don't think restrictive measures are the golden key to success in recovery. They can be a helpful aid for some people in the early stages though.

    I just had a close friend put a password on the internet access on my smart phone and it fixed that problem right away.

    Iv'e been on no internet phone for a few years because I didn't want my addiction squirming into any other aspects of my life.
