Chaser effect urge passed !

    Yesterday I had this intense urge , i dont usually get it on day 3 , I think it was due to the chaser effect .
    My brain had me picture porn as the sweetest thing ever. I woke myself up and reminded myself of why I am doing this .
    Today I woke with no urges at all , but I am veryyyyt anxious . I hope this passes too
