Chastity and NoFap

Not sure on Chastity cages, but I noticed that wearing certain sturdy and tough briefs and Jeans, helps me reduce my masturbating a lot, though it´s uncomfortable for sleeping.

 

CHASTITY CAGES DO NOT HELP. It's just another type of addicting sexual fetish induced by porn. Besides physically disallowing yourself from touching yourself, the stimulation of wearing one increases your brain's neurons to enjoy solitary sexual acts, and will not help with your porn addiction or PIED.

While they do not cause permanent damage, chastity cages can condition your mind and pelvic muscles to not make you get erect when aroused, making it difficult to impossible to get erect for normal sex, which is the ultimate goal.

Get rid of it, do a reboot, and have normal sex.

Definitely doesn't help me. I've been messing with chastity for a few years now and its all just a fetish. When I start nofap my brain try's to trick me into wearing the cage, but I know for a fact that the cage will lead to pmo. To me, the idea of wearing the cage is really arousing, and some of the other kinks/fetishes that come with it are EXTREMELY arousing to me, so 100% of the time i put the cage on during nofap I will end up resetting. I would say this is especially true if you are self-locking, if you have a partner then it may work better, but i would avoid chastity if you are trying nofap.

Someone above said that it reduces penis size, this is somewhat true, but its not permanent. You may experience some shrinkage, but after you stop wearing the cage it will go back to its normal size.

This is why I think it's silly to use pornblockers, uninstall social media, take cold showers, etc. You're not exactly challenging your willpower to the fullest when you do that..

 

Probably not a good idea to link an article about people participating in a fetish that others are struggling with, especially on NoFap

 

I totally agree. this is only for those who have self control. it takes a while., but this should not trigger others.
