After 400+ days, he feels 10% better ? Is this a joke or what ?!

 

Lol. I think that 10% is accumulative.

 

My guess is he is saying fap wasn't 100% of his life, so the increase was more of a restoration of 10% of his whole life. Who doesn't want 10% of thier life back?!

Or maybe he is operating at 110% capacity, which mathematically is superpowers.

 

Yes. 110% I think is what he meant.

 

I don't know about you guys, but a 10% increase for me is discouraging to hear ! lol

I think life on nofap gets better at least by 30% ! I don't know how you feel about it...
