    Hlw,
I m 18 .6ft perfect body weight . From Few Months I Am Experiencing Weaker Erection . When I stand up and watch something erotic I only get semi erect or less. I have to manually stimulate it to get rock hard . I can manage to MAINTAIN IT hard by manually stimulation for as long as I want . I get erection while sitting or laying down without stimulating. But I Don't get morning erection or I if I get them they die very quickly if I stand up and go for a pee. I read many forums and blog and found out my symptoms are very close to venous leak . Can I get cured by vigra or tadalafil coz many say these meds don't work in venous leak . I m really tensed , depressed ,and frustated . I AM KINDA A GOOD LOOKING , BUT DUE TO THESE I HAVE REJECTED MANY GIRLS PROPOSALS EVEN MY SECRET CRUSH. I AM REALLY VERY SAD
*NOTE :- I EVEN HAD DONE PRONE MASTURBATION MAY BE THATS THE FUCK I DID.
    PLEASE HELP ME .

I am not here to try to put your morale down and I am not a doctor, however I have gained some knowledge of this specific problem that affects young people. Some studies have shown that a correlation between varicocele and venous leak does exist. If you have a varicocele or other venous problems, it does not mean that you have to suffer from a venous leak, but the opposite is true, that is, if you suffer from a venous leak at a very early age, you will have the characteristic of having your ED in concomitance with another venous pathology (for example, varicocele) in most of the cases.
The biopsies on the corpora cavernosa of the venogenic patients revealed that the structure of the latter was actually altered and that the number of elastic fibers had decreased compared to a healthy patient, as the collagen fibers had replaced many of the elastic ones.

Also, the fact that the pills work does not mean that the venous leak is not present. Most doctors tend to consider your problem 'venous leakage' only when it doesn't allow you to have erections in any way. This is absolutely false, if the venous leak is still in its prime, pills can still work, especially when you are young, but this does not mean that the venous leak is not present.
It is also true that most young patients with this condition initially respond to pills, but as the problem progresses and worsens over time, those pills will no longer work or otherwise no longer work as they did before.

I don't know what your situation is or what your specific problem is, but in cases like mine (I have a venous leak and a varicocele) the situation rarely remains firm and stable, as the degenerative process continues to advance. This process also concerns elastin, a substance that in venogenic patients is consumed more quickly than in healthy patients and unfortunately it is present both in the corpora cavernosa and in the veins.
As for the penile doppler: it is not useful for identifying the microstruttral changes that occur in these people, it only gives you a general idea of the circulatory conditions of the penis, also providing the systolic peak and highlighting any fibrotic plaques present. It is mostly useful for assessing the state of the penile arteries. All this was obviously confirmed by andrologists that I myself attended. One way to understand what is really happening to your penis would be to do a biopsy exam with microscopic analysis, but it is a very invasive practice.

Among other things, many people who suffer from this type of venous leak, could over time undergo fibrotic processes or a worsening of the disease, as the duration of nocturnal erections begins to decrease more and more, oxygenating the blood and penile tissues less and less.

Hello! Sorry to hear for your medical condition. It would be useful for all of us if you could provide some information about:
How old are you and when did you notice your erection problems?
What are/were your symptoms - do you get erection in certain positions or nocturnal erections ? Have you ever had sex ?

I used to have the leak symptoms but never used pills for sex with a girl. Also after several weeks reboot, my morning wood started coming back.
I remember having strong erections at 13-14 but then started binging porn and things changed.
2 years ago I noticed leak-symptoms - I could have a 100% erection when on my back and when sitting, but when stand up after 2-3 minutes it fell; after 60-70 days reboot I could have erection on my knees/legs that was strong, but still needed time to improve even more

Another question is - have you done a semen analysis because of the varicocele and what are the results ?

I'm 19, erection problems started when I was 15 and a half. I haven't had nocturnal and spontaneous erections for 4 years now. Obviously having sex has become horrible and the erection goes down, same thing in solo masturbation. I repeated the sperm exam several times and the result was good (they operated on me for varicocele this summer).

I was ok till 17-18.So your situation was congenital?Do you remember the doppler numbers your psv, edv,ri?And what doctors suggest you to do?

No mine was not congenital as I remember perfectly how it feels to have a normal erection. I used to have strong morning erections every day and every time I was excited I was always getting perfect erections, (sometimes even when I wasn't), also the spontaneous boners were always present and very good. And then after these years of normality and perfect boners, one day I was sitting on my sofa and I suddently noticed that I wasn't able to keep the erection anymore, since that day things have gotten worse over time. I don't remember my doppler numbers but my doctor started with pills prescription because he understood that my venous leak wasn't notable on the doppler

However, most doctors do not know this pathology in detail in young people and always dismiss the patient by saying things like "it's all in your head you are too young for these problems". Nah my dear doctor I'm sorry but this ain't in my head and I know very well how my erection used to be and should still be now if it wasn't for this plague of suffering called venous leak

@Polymoly @RamRumm maybe you are tired of this question, but have you ever completed the NoFap 90 days (or more even better)?

I didn't have morning wood for most of my teenage years, but after several weeks abstain they started coming back slowly.
The moment I start watching porn for several days and they faded again.
I think my problems were due to anxiety, because several times I could keep erection while standing up straight for several minutes
(on my longest streaks) but most times, the moment I start thinking about it, it goes down.

Yeah I tried this long NoFap period, and of course it didn't work. I know there's nothing acceptable here guys, but I think you should face the raw truth. I mean in 90%+ cases if you are a teenager and you can't even get hard or mantain it with no morning woods and this situation lasts for more than 3-4 months there's something wrong with your dick and
unfortunately, a real cure for this genetic disorder does not yet exist. The only thing you can do is trying pills and take them until they still work, an other "alternative" is the penile prosthesis and maybe a cock ring, which I don't think are good to have or use if you're young

My doctor is one of the best in this topic. He was in over 1000 vein surgeries for venous leak.He believes that i have a mild venous leak and that this must not cause me big erection problems.Thats why he suggested an sexologist to help my brain amd then maybe all of us can have a satisfactory sex life.My libido is 0 so i cant find a way having an erection anyway
