Chill down dude

  1. A lot of guy asks for tips to overcome stress and anxiety. The fact is that they except instant changes but anxiety is a complexe process, when you go throught it there is no magical tips to feel safe and secure. The basic tip to overcome stressful situations is meditation and I fully recommand it, but don't except instant changes you have to persist, just chill down and trust the process

  2. You have to find your true self, you have to find the reasons why you want to succed at school or talk to that girl, then you will have nothing to stress about
