Hello everyone, I'm a member of the NoFap community for a little over 3 days now. I just wanted to say that it's all about the choices we make. Every emotion is inside us. It's just that, what emotion do we decide to act upon. So, take the responsibility, choose what's best for you. And while choosing, always act out of happiness. We're much more bigger than our petty little problems.
