Bible Challenge
I wanted to do a little Bible Challenge because I was born and raised Christian but I have lost my faith growing up or I stopped believing and praying because everything was just so miserable and hopeless for me. But I came back to it and it helped me more than anything else. I’m reading the Bible again and trying to pray more. If you want to do this challenge, you can join me.
The rules are simple:
1. Of course, no PMO. Stay true to yourself and pure.
2. Pray and read the Bible if you can. I assure you, it makes you feel so much better and less alone.
3. Post in your streak and post every day. Also pray everyday.
4. Believe in yourself. You can do it.
5. We will do it together!
Days 0-7: Genesis. It’s the seven days of the creation. On the seventh day, you can rest.
Days 8-14: Adam & Eve in the Garden. Beware of the Serpent. Don’t eat the fruit. Stay away from temptations.
Days 15-21: You listened to the Serpent and ate the apple. You are cast out of the Garden.
Days 22-29: Cain and Abel. The first sin. Blood calls to blood. Cain is banished.
Days 30-39: Seth, Adam & Eve’s son.
Days 40-49: Noah and the Flood. Prepare for the journey and a new beginning.
Days 50-59: The Babel Tower. God scatters you and creates all the different languages. You are all separated.
Days 60-69: Abraham is chosen. God promises him a son. Isaac is born.
Days 70-79: Abraham is tested. God asks him to sacrifice his son.
Days 80-89: Isaac meets Rebekah. They have two sons, Jacob and Esau.
Days 90-99: Jacob tricks his brother and escapes. He meets Rachel and falls in love.
Days 100-109: Jacob marries Leah, Rachel’s sister and they have children. He marries Rachel too and they have two sons, Benjamin and Joseph.
Days 110-119: Jacob goes back home with his wives and children. He reunites with his brother.
Days 120-129: The twelve sons of Jacob. Joseph is the favorite.
Days 130-139: Joseph is betrayed by his brothers and sold to Egypt as a slave. He ends up in jail but he is rescued by the Pharaoh. He has the gift of dreams.
Days 140-149: Joseph reunites with his brothers and saves them from famine. He reunites with his father Jacob and his brother Benjamin.
Days 150-159: Baby Moses is saved from death. The Exode begins.
Days 160-169: Moses is an adult and flees Egypt. God tells him he has to save his people. He goes back with his brother Aaron.
Days 170-179: The Ten Plagues of Egypt and the Exode from Egypt. They cross the Red Sea. God saves you.
Days 180-189: Wandering in the Wilderness for 40 years. The Ten Commandments of God. Stay loyal and true and be patient.
Days 190-199: Joshua and the Fall of Jericho. Crossing the Jordan.
Days 200-209: The Judges of Israel. Samson & Delilah. Samson is betrayed and enslaved but he gets his revenge. He sacrifices himself.
Days 210-219: Ruth and Naomi’s journey back to Israel. Wherever you, I will go.
Days 220-229: Hannah and her son Samuel. Samuel is chosen by God. He becomes a Prophet.
Days 230-239: David and Goliath. Jonathan and David’s friendship. Saul tries to kill David. David spares his life.
Days 240-249: David becomes king.
Days 250-259: Solomon, son of David, is the new king.
Days 260-269: The Prophets of the Lord.
Days 270-279: Queen Esther.
Days 280-289: Ezra & Nehemiah.
Days 290-299: Job is tested by God and Lucifer. He loses everything. But despite his suffering, he stays loyal to God.
Days 300-309: Judith.
Days 310-319: The Birth of Jesus.
Days 320-329: The Baptism of Jesus.
Days 330-339: Jesus and his Disciples.
Days 340-349: Jesus heals and performs miracles.
Days 350-359: The Last Supper and arrest of Jesus. Judas betrays him and he is crucified.
Days 360-365: Jesus is resurrected. Ascension to Heaven.
Days 365+: You made it to Heaven. Jesus is waiting for you with love and pride. You can rest now.
