Hi everyone, I'm Italian,
I'm 49 years old.
I had all kinds of sexual experiences, real and virtual, down to a very low level, but never, ever, an experience of pedophilia, nor sadomasochistic violence that I consider monstrous.
I started the reboot90 on January 15, 2020.
Today is 42 days of complete abstinence from PMO and by complete I mean no images or porn videos, nor fantasy... but a lot of prayer or Christ and Virgin Mary.
I don't even have sex of any kind with my wife.
I consider this difficult path, like a thaw of my heart, my body of my mind, my soul of my life ...
I keep you updated on my healing process ... but is it true that in truth you do not heal? Kind of like the first step of anonymous alcoholics? Happy NOFAP to everyone.

After 42 days of NoFap you must be getting lots of positive changes ?

 

I feel more mentally lucid, I have more physical energy, less disturbed sleep, but I am sexually flatline.

 

I had a very very difficult childhood and adolescence due to parental abandonment, domestic violence against me and alcoholism of father and mother ... I have yet to recover deeply. PMO was my bad medicine until 43 days ago. I have been an amateur runner, swimmer, martial arts ... after many years of stopping I am recovering calmly. You are a strong person, I perceive it. Let's go forward together with courage.
