If you have tried everything, just try this one please. I know what you are going through. Well I was an addict for nearly ten years. Earlier I used to believe that there is no cure to it. Later, I came across NOFAP online forum. I was surprise to know that porn is an addiction and I was an addict. After reading other people post I started believing that I can also become free. I read about science of porn addiction. But somehow still I was not able to control the urges which would result in relapse. At that time I would have spent around two years following NOFAP community. I need a solution, as I was loosing everything. So someone in the NOFAP community suggested about this book.
