Close call

came close to relapsing yesterday I watched for a min but cut it off I knew it won’t right the urges to do something sexual are very strong especially when I wake up I’m about 30 days in maybe a little over i lost count of the days but this the 2nd time I made it this far and the same thing happened last time my urges got the best of me n I cracked is this normal to have the urges come at the 30-35 day mark and what can I do to help
