Close Relapse Coming

    Hi everyone,

    This is day 4, and I am struggling with getting rid of thoughts about doing the thing. I truly don't want to do it, but I am having extreme erection which seems a stubborn one too; so I need alternatives, ideas, or advices to stop whats happening. Thanks!

    You will have these strong urges in the first week. Believe me from my experience its the worst thing to do. You will feel bad about yourself later on. Instead, try to abstain , have cold showers and think about doing some energy relief activities such as GYM, running or doing what you like.

    Just remember how bad you felt after your last relapse and you'll never want to relapse again. Busting your nut on a piece of paper, only to feel all the guilt and shame afterwards is not a thing what a man is supposed to do. Think about the progress as healing. The more you relapse, the more damage you will do to your brain. Live as a free man full of energy and joy instead of a hollow shell that's barely a functioning human being.

    DO NOT let yourself entertain any thoughts of P or M, it might not even be a good idea to lay there thinking about why you shouldn't do it, while you're trying to rationalise yourself out of P and M, you are thinking about P and M. Your body will eventually trick your mind into getting its own way.

    Do something else entirely unrelated, do it now, something that will engage your mind and tire you out.

    get out in public...go for a jog in the park. be around normal people outside...and generally your mind will go into that "people are watching me, I have reputation to uphold. I can't have an erection right now, and shit will subside.

    Well I would recommend u to do meditation for at least 2-3 months and after that u would have better control of urself and first week is honestly tough . Try to use ur / divert ur energy to another task like if ur in school for good grades or sports or any other thing .

    If ur an adult aim for better personality develop skills etc .

    Skills like learning a language, exposure , work experience , sport or improve ur health by going to gym doing yoga . Improve speaking skills.etc
